The Gym - Late Friday Morning

Because what was a morning without going to the gym?  Peter wasn't sure he wanted to find out.

So he headed down there after getting up and started his warm up.  After a few minutes, he began running through sword drills working his way from the easiest forms to the most difficult he knew.

Pip grinned humorlessly. "So, Peter from England who practices with a sword, adjusting well to Fandom's weirdness?"

Jump. Spin. Kick. Slam.

"It's a definite change," Peter said with a grin. "Nothing like home and all of that. What about you? Adjusting to the flood of new students?"

"I'll tell you when I've met all of you," Pip responded, punching the bag. "There's like... a zillion of you. I think our school population doubled in size."

"I think you are probably right. On the plus side? At least you already knew half the school," Peter pointed out. He watched the other boy's form and asked, "what styles do you fight with? Or are you more of an 'anything goes' person?"

"Anything goes. But generally I stick to savate." Punch. "Krav magna." Kick. "And Tae Kwon Do." Jump. Spin. Kick. And slam.

"Impressive," Peter said in all seriousness. "I'll leave you to your workout then. Good to meet you, Pip." Peter bows and returns to his drills.
