Gym, morning before workshops

Cameron was in the gym early, warming up already. He seemed pretty focussed on the weight lifting he was doing as his mind went through last night's conversation with Aeryn and the weird email Rory had sent out the evening before.

Peter nodded. "Change the situation entirely when it comes down to it. I don't see why it wouldn't work."

"The weird thing? I think even if it happened, I'd be good with it. I was protecting people and that's not a bad way to go. Mind you, I'm not saying I'm gonna give up. I'm pretty set on changing things, but it wouldn't be horrible," he said with a shrug. He had a lot of time to think about this.

"No, I understand that perfectly. If one is going to die, better to choose to do it to protect those you love or an ideal you care about than in some stupid spat or accident," said Peter, who'd decided that long ago upon first entering Narnia. "Which is why - other than the fact that he might hurt someone else - the reason I don't understand what's going on in Tyler's head."

"Well, I get that working out sometimes helps to just get rid of some tension..." He paused as he remembered something. "When I first talked to him, he had some theory about how you can really find out who you are while fighting."

"That's not precisely what I meant. I like to spar too." Cam's words triggered a memory of Peter's as well. "He said the same thing to me after we sparred. I may have been less than tactful and called him an idiot for it. I'd rather lost my temper."
