Gym, early morning

After waking up and realizing that she'd missed three whole days of practice, Buffy ran down to the gym to work out like woah. Said work out consisted of a lot of jumping and doing cartwheels inbetween yelling "GO GREMLINS!"

Buffy nodded eagerly. "I heal quick like woah."

She did seem to completely fine from what Dean could tell. "All right," he agreed. "I'll try not to throw a giant scorpion on you, just in case."

"Well, I appreciate that. Try to ixnay the huge rocks too?" Buffy grinned. Then she threw a quick punch directed to his stomach, followed by one to his chest.

Dean was caught a little flat footed so he didn't quite jump back far enough to avoid all of the punch to his stomach and grunted slightly with the impact. It didn't stop him moving though so he did manage to duck the second punch.

He continued the move he'd made to dodge, turning it into a high side kick aimed at Buffy's chest.

Buffy blocked the kick with a kick of her own, before trying to press Dean's leg down and away and dancing around him.

Dean let her push his leg away, using the momentum to more quickly shift his balance and spin to keep her from getting behind him.

"Quick like kitty!" Buffy noted, grinning. She attempted to knee him in the groin, while aiming her right elbow at where his neck would be if he folded over.

Dean blocked her knee, mentally wincing at what that would've felt like if it had hit, then tried to grab her arm as she brought it up and twist it up and behind her. "Meow," he said with a grin.

The arm was grabbed, and Buffy retaliated by throwing her head back and stomping hard on his foot. Unfortunately she didn't work out in spiked heels, but still. There was force behind that stomp.

Dean's foot and head hurt a hell of a lot where Buffy had hit but he doggedly kittyedly? kept hold of her arm, twisting it up higher.

Buffy aimed for his other foot while ducking down. "Be a good kitty, and maybe I'll scratch you behind the ears," Buffy promised, giggling.

Dean grunted as his foot is stomped, his grip loosening a little as a result. "You trying to make me purr?" Dean asked through a gritted teeth grin.

"You wish!" Buffy tore out of his grip, spinning quickly out of reach before stopping and giving him an admiring look. "You're good. Are you this good in your body? totally not dirty!"

"Not quite as strong or fast, but I hold my own," Dean said, still grinning. "Frankly though you'd probably be able to kick my ass if I was my normal self. You're a hell of a fighter."

Buffy preened and almost dropped her guard. "Thanks! I'll have to do that some day then!"

"I'll let you know if I ever have the desire to be beat up," Dean said wryly.

"It'd be, like, a learning experience!" Buffy suggested, grinning. "Oooh. Maybe I should find Alec and kick his ass. That'd be fun."
