Outside of the Stickbug cabin...

The rain had made things quite messy outside of the Stickbug cabin. So muddy Jamie was slipping and sliding all over the place.

At first it was by accident. However judging by the fact that Jamie is now taking a running start and sliding face first over the slick muddy ground wooting in delight.

The mud hit Briar's hair straight on. He glared at Peter. "It's war." He flung back a handful of mud at Peter's hair.

Peter almost fell over laughing. "Stage your defence then!" He called, not even trying to duck the mud to the hair. He threw another clump back at Briar.

The mud cleanly slid off of Briar's shirt, not leaving a mark. "Don't need to!" He grinned and tossed two mudballs at Peter.

Peter was so busy watching the mud slide off Briar's shirt that he forgot to think about ducking. Both mudballs hit him squarely in the face. "Oh, that's not fair."

He launched himself at Briar to try to tackle him.

Briar landed squarely in the mud. "Ooomph. Like anyone is playing fair." He did his best to get as much mud on Peter as possible.

"It's a mud fight! Staying clean is almost a crime," Peter said. He disregarded the mud that Briar was throwing on him to try to get a few good handfuls into his hair.

"I'm not taking my clothes off!" Briar didn't bother trying to fend off Peter's attacks either and just tried to get as much mud as possible on Peter.
