After being instructed to return to the dorms, Marie decided she may as well still cook since she had handwavy bought the food the previous day.

So she set up to start assembling lasagna in the common room. Maybe a home cooked meal would comfort some people.

Peter covered his face for a second because his mun was he was really, really an idiot and had forgotten.

He wrote on the board.

Molly said that Dawn said that Buffy killed them last time by screaming.

Unfortunately that didn't help with the confusion. Willow mimed screaming and covered her ears to demonstrate the problem.

Peter shrugged and wrote She found her voice? Somehow? I have no idea.

Willow gave a look of sympathy for him not knowing. It wasn't as though she'd turned up any useful spells yet.

She reached over to write.

Her look of concern was different from the one she'd given him before.

Peter made a face then tried to contain his frustration.

We have all these warriors in here and we're locked up like school children. It's an inefficent use of resources when we could be protecting the town and the school.

Willow gave a nod of sympathy. After he'd told her about his frustrations at not helping his people in Narnia fast enough, she'd figured that being helpless in this current situation was not going to sit well with him.

She gave him a quick hug, then indicated her books with an expression that showed she knew that helping via research was probably a very small consolation to him right now, but maybe it was better than nothing?

Peter hugged her back and looked at the books with resignation. Luckily he was saved from such a fate by the insistent beeping of his minicomp. He showed it to Willow. Want to go down there with me? he mouthed.
