2nd Floor Common Room [Wednesday Evening]

Okay, so hot weather + cold beverages = OTP.

Which is why Bridge had spent the morning before his workshop working on a slushy machine. Which he'd now dragged out to the common room in order to find people who would be willing to test it out.

He's also got his laptop perched on a table, for... no reason at all. Really. It's not like he's expecting to hear from someone about something.

Anders finally emerges from his room for the first time all day and wanders next door to the common room. If it's possible to look simultaneously more cheerful than usual and deeply, deeply confused, he's doing that right now.

"Bridge! Best bud dude! Whatcha doin'?"

"Making slushies," Bridge says, slurping at a watermelon-flavoured one. "Want one?" he waves at the machine.

"Sure! They're not all that flavor, are they?" Anders peers at the machine, then notices the laptop. "Whatcha doin' to that?"

Xander dashes back into the Common Room after having run down to his own room, and returns bearing a stack of plastic cups, leftovers from Scoobying, which he sets on the counter.

Then he fills his own up with... well, he pushed buttons randomly, so what's actually in the cup is anybody's guess. It's orange. He's staring at it.

"I promise it won't be anything weird," Bridge says cheerfully.

"We're both from California - define weird?" Xander says, cautiously rasing the cup to his lips.

"Harris!" Anders called, waving at him with a slushy which he will totally ping in as actually getting in a moment, I swear.

"Hey, Anders!" Xander waved his own slushy, which didn't appear to be carrot-flavored, yay.

"Shrimp?" Faithful tugged on Xander's leg with his paw. "Faithful, cut it out. Hey Xander."

Z poked her head in the common room and found Bridge and slushies. This seemed like an excellent combination to her. "Where are the slushies coming from?" she asked.

"Slushy machine!" Bridge says with a grin, pointing to said machine. "Wanna give it a try?"

Anders was on a third slushy by now, because dude, it was hot out there. "Hey, Z!"

"Hey, Z!" Xander waved his cup. "It's almost like a slot machine - pick a button and see what flavor you get."

Tyler was the tiniest bit tipsy from his time at Caritas when he got back to the dorms. "Hi," he trilled, talking to Z for some reason. "How's everything?"

Alanna came in, looking very relaxed for herself.

Jamie walks into the room looking a little strange. And by strange I mean he's looks like an escapee from a renaissance fair and his hair is very long.

"Um. Sorry to interrupt your slurpee fair but have any of you seen me tonight?"

Z glanced up from her slushy and said, "Way to lose yourself, Madro--Good God, what happened to you?"

"No yous, other than the you we're seeing now which is you but obviously not the you you're looking for." Bridge says apologetically. "Slushy?" he says, holding out an empty cup and gesturing at the machine.

"Dude," Anders says, "you're right there. Oh, wait, no. And also, no."

There were people in the common room, and there seemed to be some sort of free drink, so Stark decided to check it out.

"What are those?" he asked, pointing at a slushie as he found an open seat on a couch.

"Slushy, dude." Bridge says, handing Stark an empty cup. "Give it a try." He waves at the machine.

Demyx poked his head into the second floor common room. "What's that?" He asked curiously, pointing to the slushy machine.
