First Floor Lobby [Tuesday afternoon after workshops]

The package he'd been waiting for from home had finally arrived. He sent a ~~handwavy~~ email to his flight workshop students, and then dragged his television down to the lobby and set it so a brilliantly lit planet floated in the center of the room. It then began cycling through a series of photographs of the planet.

He returned to his room and came back with the contents of the package: food from home. Sand cookies, pies, teas made from leaves and not random alien colons (unless you really wanted alien colon tea), candy from Alderaan and Naboo, the works.

He turned on what Obi-Wan had assured him was the latest in Coruscanti music and kicked back on the couch.

If everyone in the school couldn't come to Coruscant, he'd bring Coruscant to them.

Peter shook his head. "Please don't worry about it. It was just a thought." He grinned. "I so very much wish I was taking flight again this term."

"Try the cloudberry pie," Anakin said, pointing at it. "It'll cheer you right up. What were you taking instead?"

He took a piece with a smile. "Excellent idea. And the Constant Vigilance workshop from the Doctor is at the same time. Which, to be fair, has been very interesting as well. But I miss learning how to fly."

"This workshop has certainly been different than your class," Anakin said with a small smile. "None of you looked actively terrified most weeks, for example."

"Seems an odd choice if one's actively terrifed," Peter remarked.

"Paperwork mishaps," Anakin said, shrugging. "They've gotten much better. What do you learn about in Constant Vigilance?"

"I'm fantastically glad that's not happened to me yet," Peter said. "The paperwork mishaps, that is. It's about 'surviving in the universe,' but I think he's actually trying to get us to think before we do anything irrevocable."

Anakin nodded. "A good thing to keep in mind, but don't let it paralyze you into never doing anything," he said. He smiled. "I've gotten that lecture a few times."

"I have as well sadly," Peter said with a smile. "And apparently that the defence I was thinking while doing it doesn't hold up."

"Yeah, that never worked for me, either," Anakin said.

"Funny that," Peter replied. "I can't imagine why."

"I figure once we get that part, the lectures will stop."

"I doubt it," Peter replied. "It's my little sister giving me the lectures. Somehow I think that's lifelong."

Anakin laughed. "I don't have siblings, but I have Obi-Wan," he said. "And yeah, I'm pretty sure I could be 109 years old and sitting on the Jedi Council and Obi-Wan would come up with something to tweak me about."

"He is your mentor, right?" Peter asked. "Somehow I don't doubt you in the slightest. He'll probably enjoy it quite a bit as well."

"Oh, he'd hide the smile behind that damn beard of his, but yes, he'd enjoy it."
