4th Floor Common Room, Monday Morning

Blair was too excited about new students, being a big brother and the fact that he was a virgin again to get a lot of sleep so he had been sitting in front of the tv in his room for several hours. There were lots of infomercials on late at night. As it got closer to morning, Blair was afraid of disturbing Broots and his fish with noise if he turned the tv up louder so he headed out to the common room to watch CNN.

Ooh! One last airing of the Pasta Express infomercial. It was no George Foreman 13 in 1 Rotisserie Bonanza, but Blair admired the simplicity of it's design. Like the fact that it was just a plastic tube with a lid.

Jack was up early, because sleeping alone was never any fun. A moment's brief debate sent him up to the fourth floor to find Cedric, but the lights and sounds from the common room caught his attention.

"Hey," Jack nodded at the guy watching TV. "New student, or old student I don't know?"

"Old student you do know?" Blair raised an eyebrow. "It's Blair, Jack. We played monopoly together."

Agnes had tried sleeping, but there was a boy sleeping in the same room with her. That wasn't something she'd gotten used to yet. She left her room and followed the light down to the common room where she then stood gaping at the television.

Granny and Nanny would be appalled.

"Morning!" Blair waved. "I don't think I've met you yet. I'm Blair."

Jack looked up, saw the expression on her face, and jumped to the obvious conclusion. "You just got here today, right? And everything's completely different than where you come from?"

"Morning," Seely nodded.

"Hey, how's it goin'?" Ray asked, still rubbing sleep out of his eyes.

Joxer gulped when he saw Agnes.

"Errr, hi Agnes," he said.

Dressed in a singlet and trackpants, Seely wandered into the common room. "Morning. Please, tell me there's food here somewhere."

"ANGEL!" Blair yelped and jumped up from the couch. "You're back! You're here! You're not wearing black!"

Jack was sprawled across his chair, snickering at Booth and Blair. "Breakfast in the kitchen," he called. "There's bound to be cereal or something. Or if you can't cook, I could rustle up something."

"So, they sucked you back in too, huh?" Ivanova asked, wandering over in her 'I'm still on vacation, dammit' uniform of Daisy Dukes and tank top. "Good to see you again, Angel."

It's not often that Ray's up early enough to eat breakfast when he doesn't have to be.

And, of course, today is Monday and today would be the day he'd gotten up too early.

Stupid Virginia.

Wandering one floor down, he stopped at the fourth floor common room and looked around hopefully.

"Caffeine?"

"Kitchen." Blair pointed in the right direction. "Morning!"

"Morning Ray," Seely waved from the kitchen.

Dana leaned into the common room, slightly unsure of herself but not being able to help it. After all, she loved infomercials.

"Morning!" Blair bounced and waved her over to the couch. "You're just in time to see the wonder that is Pasta Express!"

Rubbing his eyes, Bel blearily walked into the 4th floor common room. "What are you people doing up so early?" he complained.

"Bel!" Blair waved cheerfully. "New people! Infomercials! Coffee on the counter over there!"

On his way up to his room to pick up a few items, Jamie heard some voices in the fourth common room and poked his head into see who was there.

Seeing Bel and Blair in the same room, Jamie considered making a break for it before finally deciding it was time to suck up and deal.

"Blair?" Jamie said approaching him cautiously. "Can we... um, talk for a moment?"

"Yeah, man." Blair nodded and stood up to talk to Jamie but didn't move that far away from the main group of people.

After a late night, Phoebe stumbled into the common room. "Too early to be awake," she said calmly as she took in the faces in the room. There was one that stuck out immediately.

Angel?

And Cole was there, too. She walked over to see... but the guy there didn't feel like Angel.

Deciding that she should say something, Phoebe headed over.

Yawning and hoping that there wouldn't be algae shakes involved, Ivanova padded into the common room. She blinked. Oh right. New people. She and Maia had been a bit . . . preoccupied during the festivities of yesterday. And new old people! And her favourite old old person of all.

"Morning, Blair."

Drawn by the noises a still half alseep Teddy wanders into the room, bumping into the doorway as he walks.

He rubs his eyes and tries to focus on what's happening in the room. "Muh?"

Ever the early riser, Billy dressed in his usual loose fitting long sleeved shirt and pants, and padded barefoot into the common room where he found many other people. Very few of which he knew.

Joxer was going to get bruises in odd places if he continued to change in the closet.

But for now, that was still what he was doing. Luckily his armor covered up anywhere he'd banged really hard against the walls.

"Hi, erm... everyone!" He instantly assumed the proud stance of a warrior who is full of himself. "I'm Joxer, Joxer the Mighty, your resident hero and warrior extra-ordinary."

Tim had been poking his head into common rooms looking for Ivanova, as she was one of the last on his list of people he had a going away present for. Ah, there she was.
