Thanks to a laundry...incident, Dawn was wearing the t-shirt she'd borrowed from Dean after the Meerkat cabin theft, which was way too long for her, and the skirt she'd stolen borrowed from Buffy before she left Cleveland, which was way too short. Not unlike Buffy, come to think of it.

Just so people would think it was intentional, though, she put up a small sign, hastily written on notebook paper and stuck to the door of the common room.

In other news, she was trying to learn her domesticated canine vocabulary for class on Monday.

"I've been better," Bridge admits. "But I'm not hiding in my room, so I suppose that's a good thing."

Peter nodded. "Because if you were in your room, you wouldn't get to experience the joys of a pantless Common Room," he said with a smile. "I was sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to Xander due to the pony incident. Have you talked to him at all since he left?"

"Nope," Bridge shakes his head.

Not wishing to pry, but making a mental note to ask Willow later, Peter turned the subject. "The girl who fell out of the door up on the sixth floor? Is she well?"

Bridge nods. "Her *name*'s Door, actually. She's settling in pretty nicely, last I talked to her. Though... turns out Seely's her roommate."

"Seriously? Door?" Peter shook his head. "Has he made himself a problem?"

"Totally serious. And... she hasn't *said* anything about him being a problem, but then I've only seen her once since she checked out of the clinic."

Peter scowled slightly. "He better remain a perfect gentleman."

"He did carry her all the way to the clinic," Bridge points out. "By the way- thanks for coming exploring with us, even if it did end rather unexpectedly."

Peter remained unconvinced though Bridge had a point. "Thank you for coming to get me. It was fun."

"You'll have to come again next time," Bridge says. "When you're properly equipped," he wiggles the fingers of one hand, "to carry a sword and all that."

"I'd like that," Peter said. "Not that I wouldn't have kicked the threat away." He added with a grin.

Bridge grins. "True. Ponies come with built-in weaponry."

"I think there's a reason why warhorses are large though," Peter replied with a smile. "You don't do too much damage at the kneecaps."

"Point," Bridge acknowledges. "Personally though, I'd rather just be human-shaped. I'm a big fan of opposable thumbs."

"The thumbs are a definite plus," Peter agreed. "As is the ability to form speech since we at Fandom don't seem to get turned into talking animals."

"Yes!" Bridge says. "Not being able to really talk to people drove me *nuts*."

"I can imagine," Peter said, grinning. "I mostly was frustrated at knowing things were going on and not being able to actually find out what was happening."
