Thanks to a laundry...incident, Dawn was wearing the t-shirt she'd borrowed from Dean after the Meerkat cabin theft, which was way too long for her, and the skirt she'd stolen borrowed from Buffy before she left Cleveland, which was way too short. Not unlike Buffy, come to think of it.

Just so people would think it was intentional, though, she put up a small sign, hastily written on notebook paper and stuck to the door of the common room.

In other news, she was trying to learn her domesticated canine vocabulary for class on Monday.

"A witch? Really?" he asked. "What kind of a witch, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Um do you know Hermioine Grnager or Luna Lovegood? Ooh or Cedric Diggory? They all went to my old school. We all practice the same magic."

Sam nodded. "I know Cedric. He used to room with my brother. And I know of Hermione and Luna. That's really cool, that you all ended up here together."

"Hermione was one of my roommates at Hogwarts. It's really weird. Cedric and Hermione are from about a year earlier than me." She decided not to get inot the whole 'Cedric is dead' thing.

So Sam where are you from? I think I met your brother my first day here but to be honest everything from those first couple of days has kind of blurred together." she smiled sweetly at him.

"You probably met my brother, yeah. He's the other Dean, the one that doesn't look like me," he said. "We're from all over, really. All in the US though, from 1997."

"I've met that Dean as well. Everyone I've met here has been so nice." She flipped her long hair over her shoulder. "You live with Dawn right?"
"Why all over?"
