Second Floor CR, Friday Evening

For Friday the thirteenth, Zero had decided to have an impromptu scary movie marathon. She set up an array of snacks, including popcorn, pizza, soda, and candy, and stacked her DVD offerings on the coffee table.

"It's October." Alanna said with false cheerfulness. "Though knowing Coram? He's blowing it a touch out of proportion. I'm not sending any pleading letters until I get a response from Maude." She paused. "I can't believe I'm actually taking advice from my old nurse."

"Why? Does she have an in with someone who can help?" Parker cocked her head, and snitched a piece of pizza for herself, nibbling on the edges.

Parker snickered. "Cool. Hunh. I wonder where my old tutors are now? And yeah, she sounds like someone you need the big picture from."
