5th Floor Common Room - Sunday evening dinner and Glögg Party

The fifth floor common room has been decked out for Yule. (That includes jødisk jul.)

Pippi has used the provisions that StuCo has the common room stocked with to make something called "meatloaf". Pippi, being Pippi, has made a mind boggling amount of meatloaf.

She also has a punchbowl out which contains totally non-alcoholic Glögg. (Or "Gløgg" if you're Hamlet.) And she absolutely does not have a several small bottles of akvavit secreted in and among the decorations so people can make their cups more... gloggy.

There's also a spread of nuts, raisins, and gingerbread. Pippi herself is at the stove making æbleskiver.

"Okay, I'm going to pick up a puff and pour out the last of the uncooked batter. Once most of it is out fill it a little less then half way real quick so I can drop it back into the batter before it all cooks off."

Molly nodded. "Ready!"

"Yup!" Pippi said lifting up the first one. "Here we go."

The uncooked batter poured out of the ball and down into the divot on the pan.

"So what have you been up to?"

Molly squirted some of the preserve into the hollow.

"Not a while lot," she said. "Hanging out with Ray and studying for finals next week. That's about it really. What about you?"

Pippi shrugged and dropped the puff down into the divot as soon as Molly was done and then picked up another one.

"Mostly school and the band. Oh, and Pip and I had a date and nothing got burned down or destroyed!"

Yes, this was progress.

Molly giggled as she squirted more preserves into the next hollow. "No burning or destruction is good. What are you doing for Christmas?"

Sticking around here for the most part." Pippi said dropping it and taking up another one.

"But I'm planning on a little three hour day cruise at some point. You?"

"I'm going to visit Angel in LA," she said, filling up the next hollow when Pippi was ready for her.

"Oh fun! Tell him I say hi ja?" Pippi said as she continued to lift the dough for Molly to fill and then drop them back onto the pan.

"Are ya going going to get him to take you to Disneyland?"

Molly continued to fill the æbleskiver. "Probably not. I've been there before with my parents and don't really need to go back. But, if others want to go, I certainly wouldn't say no," she said with a grin.

Pippi grinned back as they finished the last of the little treats. Pippi plated them and dusted it with powdered sugar.
