Second Floor Common Room [after classes]

Rory got to the common room nice and early right after Lit, and started blowing up balloons and hanging streamers.

By the time everyone would be out of class, she had the cake and snacks and drinks out as well, and there was a table to the side for presents.

Happy birthday, Bridge.

[Wait for OCD! OCD is up. Open to all, natch. I personally won't be around for a good portion of the evening, but the birthday boy should be along later tonight.]

"I'm kinda glad your party is late or else I would have missed it," Marie admits.

"Thanks," Bridge says. "I'm pretty sure this is the best second birthday I've ever had. Of course, I was *actually* two the first time I had a second birthday, so I don't remember it all that well..."

After a moment of confusion, Marie remembers that Bridge is from the future. "So in some reality you're only two right now?" she asks. "That's weird to think about."
