Second Floor Common Room, Thursday Evening

Anders had gone back to his room after Ares's class and taken a long nap. Luckily for him, he didn't have any classes tomorrow -- which was good considering that now his sleep schedule was going to be all wonky.

Anyway, he had finally hauled himself next door to the common room, where he was devouring a chicken Caesar salad about the size of a small jacuzzi while watching cheesy old action flicks.

"Wow, the stunt bottle over the head really is universal, apparently."

Balthier rubbed the back of his head, tearing his eyes away from the television to give Alana slightly sheepish smirk. "Afraid, I've had the experience."

Alanna shrugged. "It's on TV, not real and not happening to me."

"Very true, something to be very grateful for." He nodded to her and introducing himself. "Balthier, and yourself?"

"Alanna. The kitten is Faithful." "I'm a cat." "The cat is Faithful."

Baltheir wasn't, overly, surprised at the talking cat. He nodded to both of them. "A pleasure to meet you both." He smirked at Faithful. "And you, I believe, I've heard on the radio."

Alanna groaned. "Every Monday."

"And I believe, one of the few who hasn't butchered my name." He smirked feeling somewhat grateful for that. Then again, when he really thought about it, Balthier wasn't sure if he was even mentioned that Monday, oh well. He played with the cuffs of his shirt, seeming intent on a spot that only he could see.
