2nd floor common room, early Friday afternoon

No classes on Friday meant sleeping in, yay. When Wyatt finally emerged from his room that morning, he wandered out to the common room in search of food, food being cereal, of course, because in no way had he inherited any cooking skills from his mother.

He flopped on the couch and turned on the TV to see if there was anything other than soap operas and talks shows on.

Marco grinned. "All afternoon classes. I used to sleep through morning classes, but this way is much better."

"I got stuck with two morning classes," Wyatt said. "But they looked interesting so I thought they'd be worth it."

"Which ones?"

"Defense Against Malicious Magic and Folklore and Fact," Wyatt answered.

"Never had a problem with the first, second sounded dead boring." Marco shruged.

"Not for me," Wyatt said. "I'm going to be TA in that class."

Marco snorted. "Still sounds dead boring."

Wyatt shook his head. "We're going to be studying Arthurian legends for part of the class, and I am all about Excalibur."

"Didn't they make a movie about that?"

Wyatt nodded. "There's a bunch of movies about King Arthur, but yeah, one was named 'Excalibur.'"

Marco shrugged. "So as TA do you get an automatic A at least?"

"Not sure about that," Wyatt laughed, "but I hope it helps."
