5th Floor Common Room - Sunday Afternoon

Polexia slept in late after her night out at Caritas.

But when she woke up, she was bored and ended up wandering down to the common room. She figured out how to work the television and was very excited to find something called MTV that was showing music videos.

She dug through the cabinets and fridge and found some suitable snacks and settled in to watch this fascinating thing.

[open, as common rooms are. Marie is Polexia from Almost Famous, so she's from the early 70s. She also doesn't have Marie's mutation, so she's not covered up and she can touch people.]

"You're in a good mood," Cameron stated the obvious, starting to get a bad feeling.

"Of course I am," Bel said. "It's hard to spread love and joy when you're in a bad mood."

"There's that..." It was really hard not to stare at Bel. "If spreading love and joy is what you like to do."

"It's what I was born to do," Bel said. "Would you like a hug?"

"You were born half-demon," Cameron trailed off, still gawking at Bel. "I think I'm going to pass." Who knew, whatever Bel had might have been infectious.

"Half-demon, half-human," Bel said solemnly. "I serve the Source of All Goodness."

That noise would be Cameron's brain breaking. "You... Did you eat anything weird? Did something bite you?"

"No," Bel said. "I'm fine. Are you hungry?" He conjured a plate of sliced carrots, celery, and peppers. "They're organic!"

"Wait... How did you do that? Did you just shimmer into the room too?" Cameron asked quickly, only now remembering that Bel wasn't supposed to have any powers.

"Yes, that's how I travel the world to spread love and joy," Bel said patiently.

"But you..." he sighed. "No one named Raynor or any other demon has anything to do with this?"

"Raynor is the leader of the Brotherhood of the Rose and my mentor," Bel said. "Do you know of him?"

"Brotherhood of the Rose?" Cameron repeated. The demon they had faced hadn't particularly looked like someone who would be in a brotherhood of roses.

Bel nodded. "We are handpicked by the Source of All Goodness to serve him and drive back evil and darkness."

That was... too much. Cameron started laughing at the image of little demons being handpicked and for some reason there was glitter involved in his head.

Bel was pleased by the laughter. "There is joy in you already," he said. "Would you like to share love as well?"

'Share love' somehow brought up images of certain five-foot-one blondes. "Uh no, I think I'm going to save that for someone else."

"As you wish," Bel said. "But if you change your mind, let me know. It would be my pleasure."

"No no," Cameron said, looking pretty disturbed. "That's fine. Besides, I don't think Phoebe would be happy about it and neither would Veronica and... No, that's fine."

"They are certainly welcome to join us," Bel said.

Cameron spluttered. "No, that's okay... I'm the jealous type."

Bel nodded sagely. "I understand. But I can help you work through jealousy issues by showing you the joy of sharing your love."

Cameron shook his head vehemently. "No," he said yet again. "I'm kind of a one on one sort of person when it comes to... sharing the love. I like to concentate ony my very hetero girlfriend and give her all of my attention because she doesn't deserve any less."

"That is also very admirable," Bel said, nodding. "Blessings on you and your relationship."

"Thanks," Cameron said warily. "I'll let her know that you blessed us." He was sure Veronica would love to hear this.
