Polexia slept in late after her night out at Caritas.

But when she woke up, she was bored and ended up wandering down to the common room. She figured out how to work the television and was very excited to find something called MTV that was showing music videos.

She dug through the cabinets and fridge and found some suitable snacks and settled in to watch this fascinating thing.

Weiss nodded. "Rita said she knew an Eric. That she was going out with him. And that she went to Fandom High," Weiss said. "Like she was from a different Fandom."

"Huh. You think she ended up on the wrong Fandom High? Is that even possible?" he asked.

"We're on an multidimensional nexus, dude," Weiss said. "I don't know how that works, but I'm guessing it means that we're dealing with something very possible."

"But if Fandom is multidimensional, can it have alternatives? Or is she just from a different time at Fandom? I hate time travel," he groaned.

"Yeah, maybe. That's a creepy thought. I go to school here twice? Geez," Weiss shivered.

"Maybe you need a lot of education?" Cameron joked, smirking.

"Yeah, I'd rather stick to the alternate universe theory," Weiss said. "If every decision we make branches into an alternate reality, then it makes sense that there's a Fandom where Parker never went to Fandom High, right?"

"I guess," Cameron said, trying to follow along. "But how come different versions of people end up in this Fandom regardless of any additional weirdness? Wouldn't they just go to their own version?"

"I dunno," Weiss said. "It makes my head hurt. All I know is that Parker's gone, I've got Rita... and my brain hurts."

"I can see that," Cameron said, possibly having his own headache from having people hit on him. "It seems to be happening on a large scale. Maybe it's like when everyone was a kid and it will just wear off?"
