2nd Floor Common Room, Tuesday Night

The common room was decked out in Christmas lights and white streamers, all up very high thanks to Chad's help. In honor of the theme, there were torn out pages from mens' magazines decorating the walls of the room. And more than a few of shirtless men as a nod to those of the female or gay alien persuasion.

A sign hung over the entrance because the theme was important.

Not allowed in unless you're showing at least 50% of your skin

And yes, there were pies of almost every flavour imaginable, especially considering how quickly random objects in the room turned into pie.

Right. He was fetching pie and punch for a llama.

Right.

Walter loaded a plate with a variety of pieces of pie and grabbed a large bowl out of one of the kitchenette cupboards to fill with punch.

"Are you a student here? Or the pot llama?"

Marco had a nice gulp of punch and nodded. Inside? He was laughing. A lot.

"Miss Skeeter isn't back, is she?" Walter peered at the llama. "Are you John Crichton?"

Marco had no idea who John Crichton was so he nodded.

Some people just didn't seem to want to stay human around here.

"You're not dressed for the party."

"Too much... hair, wool, fur, whatever. You know, they shear llamas."

Marco made biting motions at Walter's arm.

Walter grinned unrepentently. "You know, I'm quite good with these wires. I could get you out of that fur coat in a tick."

"Not all of it," Walter said, still grinning. "Just fifty percent."

Marco turned around and kicked in Walter's general direction.

"Is that any way to treat someone who brought you pie and punch and was only trying to help you get properly involved with the festivities?" Yes, that was entirely disingenuous and he didn't bother trying to hide the snicker.

Marco did another 180 turn and spit at Walter.

Walter held up a paper plate to block the spit. He peeked out from behind the plate and grinned.

"Someone's getting a bit hot under the collar...."
