"Yeah," Jude chuckled. "Just another Thursday. I think I got a hairtie somewhere . . ." She started rummaging through pockes.

"Thank you," Luke said gratefully. "This," he held up a chunk of hair, "is ridiculous."

"I dunno, I kinda like mine," Jude smiled mellowly, finding a plain black hairtie. "Ha. My hair's kinda long anyway, so I thought I might have one."

Luke grinned. "I guess I'm just frustrated," he said. "My sister," he gestured down to his body, "can make this hair, like, stick to the sides of her head. I don't know how she does it."

"Hairspray and lotsa bobbypins, probably," Jude said, just a touch mournfully. He spent too much time with his girl friends when they needed a guinea pig. "I can braid it if you want, keep it back better."

"Cool." Jude frowned in concentration as he began seperating out the masses of hair. ". . . dude, where did this all come from? You could like hide a small planet in here."

"Knowing Leia's, she's probably tried," Luke muttered. "I have no idea," he said more loudly. "It's not like I sat around and exchanged hair tips with her."

"I'm kinda glad my chick friends did sit down and exchange hair tips with me," Jude said, starting a little bit of French braiding so it wouldn't come out as easily. "Or I'd totally be bedheady."
