"Oh, I can help you, alright," Cally said, goofily waggling her eyebrows.

"Good. You can stir." Nadia grinned and handed Cally a wooden spoon.

"Awesome," Cally said, going to stir. "What sort of recipe you using?"

"One I got off the internet. It's the tequila and the infusing that's the hard part. . . ."

"Tequila? Okay, these could possibly almost beat Piper's brownies," Cally said.

"Well, the website said that was the secret."

"So these aren't your usual sort of brownies?" Cally asked.

"Well, they're my usual sort of brownies. . . "

"So they've got that... stuff in them?" Cally said.

"Mmm. They've got lots of stuff in them. I think Eddie would approve."

"Definitely. I could use some stuff, these days."

"So, we have them in brownie form," Cally said with a nod. "Well, we will soon."

"Assuming I'm doing this right,"

"We can hope?" Cally said.

"Well, we'll find out in . . . about half an hour. We just need to pour the batter and get it cooking."

"Keep me from getting bored and checking the oven every five minutes."

Cally went to try and pants Nadia while she was least suspecting.

Nadia was wearing a belt.

Pantsing would be rather more difficult than that.

Specially when she's also holding a wooden spoon to thwap the unwary pantser with.
