Curupira campfire area -- Sunday morning

Qui-Gon stepped outsiide and turned his face up to the early morning sun, enjoying the feel of it on his face. He closed his eyes and just let himself be for a moment, his own Force signature blending effortlessly with that of all the living things around him. This place had such a different feel than Coruscant and Qui-Gon was finding he liked it.

Eyes still closed, he began running through one of his favourite meditative katas, the movments only serving to center him in this place and moment even more.

"I can't complain, really," she decided after a minute, "and everyone's very friendly and nice. Oh! I'm Inara, by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Inara." She grinned. "I'm Molly. Which cabin are you in?"

It took her a minute to remember. "Basilisk? I think that's it. It's got a bunch of boys, Abigail, and me."

Molly raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Lucky you! Hopefully at least some of them have been here a while and know not to mess with the girls here."

"They all seemed very nice," Johnny had seemed a little pushy, but she wasn't going to badmouth him to someone she'd just met, "some were very shy. It was just a bit of a surprise--I wasn't allowed to live with boys at home."

Molly nodded. "A lot of people don't expect that, I guess. I lived with friends back home and a couple of them are boys so I was used to it."

"What's your home like?" Inara was, as always, more comfortable about talking about others.

"I'm from LA," Molly said, as if that should explain a lot. "Oh, wait! Are you from Earth? Do you know LA?"

"No, I'm not, and I don't, I'm sorry. I'm from a planet called Shinon."

"Oh, cool! LA, sorry, Los Angeles is on the other side of he continent from here. It's a big city. A lot bigger than Fandom. It's really spread out. The weather is a lot different too. It is a lot wormer there than it is here."
