Outside Chupacabra cabin: Tuesday afternoon

With no classes on Tuesday, there was nothing that he had to do. Karal was fairly certain he was never going to get used to that but, after much urging from Altra, he was making the attempt.

It was a beautiful day and he was currently sitting against a tree behind Chupacabra cabin, in riding clothes rather than his robes, holding Trenor on a long line so he could graze at the edge of the clearing.

There was a bright beam of sunlight shining on him, making him sleepy and warm, Trenor occasionally whickered happily, and he was rereading the Tale of Gregori.

Maybe having nothing to do wasn't quite so bad.

[ooc: open to anyone!]

She reached out to pat the horse's head and skritch it behind its ear. The horse hair was soft beneath her hand. "Aww, he's nice."

"You need to be careful with gremlins," she said, still patting the horse. "I've never met one myself, but everyone tells me that they come out of nowhere, move fast, and bite hard."

"Well, I hear they don't go after shirtless guys," she threw out as an answer.

Hey, here was somebody who blushed as easily as she did! Will liked Karal even better for that.

"I don't know what will keep them away for good," she said honestly. "They don't seem to show up very often, so just try to stay away from shadowy hallways?"

"You're welcome," she said, giving the priest a bright smile.

She finally stopped patting the pretty horse, and remembered the jar in her hand. "Oh, I should go but this away in my alcove. I'll see you around, Karal."
