Chupacabra Campfire [Tuesday Evening]

One workshop on explosions, one more day spent avoiding Luke and Gavin's back at the campfire. He's not hiding this time, but he's still prepared to run should anyone mention quarters or tigers or 'angels.'

After his workshop, he'd gone into town and picked up ten bars of chocolate. Yes, ten. Look, they might taste different, okay? Of course, Gavin's not thinking of chocolate plus fire equals a mess. He's too busy trying to decide which to try first.

[Oooooooooooooopen!]

"Sure! That would be great!" Charlie hugged herself and grinned at him. "Any idea what's playing?"

He shook his head, smiling, "I've no idea but whatever it is, I bet we'll enjoy it." He liked spending time with Charlie; he imagined anything he did with her would be well worth the time.

"Cool. So, should I just meet you there at dark?" Charlie asked. "Or maybe we could walk over there together from my cabin?"

Walking would be more fun, and ooh, maybe she should get a picnic basket ready. And maybe, maybe she'd tell Johnny part of what she could do tonight, if she was relaxed enough.

"We can walk there together from your cabin, if you like?" The more time with her the better. She was cute and so vivacious and he couldn't keep the smile from his face when he was with her.

"Super." Charlie grinned at him and said, "I'll be ready and waiting at my place about half an hour early."

"Great, Charlie," he said, "I'll see you tomorrow night!"
