Main Campfire [All Day]

Chris was up early and decided to take his cup of hot chocolate, his notes, and the Book of Shadows to the main campfire.

He still hadn't managed to figure out what was attacking people in the woods, and after last night's radio, he was more determined than ever to figure it out before more people got hurt. He wondered if anyone else had had any luck. He hoped that sitting in such a visible place, he'd run into them and be able to ask.

I'll be AFK from 11:30 EST to 5 EST for work, but Wyatt has complete modding rights over Chris and will be here to help organize things ICly. Any questions, feel free to drop either of us an email!]

After listening to the radio last night, Savannah had been too pissed off to sleep much. How many kids did that make now that were almost killed.

She was walking through the campgrounds when she saw Chris at the main fire.

"So, another girl got attacked last night," she said tiredly and without preamble. "I heard it on the radio. Gwynn something."

"I know, I heard," Chris said with a sigh, running his hand through his hair. "But I'm coming up empty."

Savannah sighed. "I have a good friend and his father working on some research for me, too." She shrugged. "They have access to stuff we don't."

"Anything in the Book about masked demons in the woods?" Wyatt asked, walking up to the campfire and sitting by his brother.

Savannah waved at Wyatt.

"Hey, Savannah," Wyatt said. "How goes it?"

"No," Chris said, resting his head on his hand. "I've been through this thing three times at least."

"Maybe we should check out some island history?" Wyatt suggested. "Maybe this thing's been here before."

When Mac saw that Chris was out at the main campfire, she tucked her laptop under her arm, and made her way out there to see if there'd been any progress.

She raised a hand in greeting to the small group as she sat down. "You find anything more?"

Mac gave her a small smile. "You here as part of the 'who's the psycho in the woods' effort too?"

Chris looked up from his book and shook his head. "Nope, not so far. You?"

"A few potentials, but--" Mac shrugged. "It's not necessarily that easy to be sure with these things. 'Guy in mask' is kind of vague as descriptions go."

Tori had handwavily heard the broadcast late last night, and was really angry that she hadn't been around to help out her friends. She was royally pissed at whoever hurt Gwynn and Phoebe and was willing to help take this thing down in any way she could.

Eve wandered by the campfire, her nose buried in one of her grimoires. The Fates had plunked them down on her bunk last night, probably in an attempt to help as much as they, y'know, could.

She plunked down in a spot by the campfire and kept her nose buried in the book.

Savannah dropped down next to her mom cousin with a notebook. "The Fates do something right for once?"

Dean was wandering back through the campsite after seeing Alec off and slowed when he spotted the research going on at the main campfire.

Savannah smiled at the cute guy. "Coming to help find out a way to take down the bastard attacking people?"

"Hey, Dean," Wyatt said, looking up from the Book of Shadows.

Conner stopped by the campsite at some point early in the day, after leaving the clinic, and saw people gathered around the campfire, apparently doing researchy things.

"Do we know anything helpful?" he asked, annoyed with how gritty his voice sounded.

"Working on it," Wyatt said. "We know what doesn't work. Fire and brute force."

Tori spotted Conner and made her way over to him. "Hey." Yeah, she was all for getting rid of this thing, whatever it was.

Prue was sitting next to the campfire with a pad of paper and a pencil. She was trying to think of spells she had used in the past to get rid of demons of a similar nature to the machete guy.
