Flag Football, Camp Gym - 10am

John had the gym all set up for the first real Flag Football practice.  He hoped people had gotten their voicemails or heard the radio broadcast (but not the Bo Peep bit).

John had set up a table with more copies of his handout.  Two crates were on the gym floor: one containing dozens of footballs, and another with flag belts and red and yellow flags. 

Willow was off to the side, being a good co-captainy type and John was pacing, eager for practice to begin.

"I have my moments," Molly said smugly.

"You have many moments," Dawn nudged her with an elbow.

"You do too so no more of this pouty face because you're not strong like me or Buffy," Molly said with mock severity.

"Yes, ma'am," Dawn responded, almost meaning it.

"I think I may learn to ride a horse," Molly said thoughtfully.

"A horse? Do you have one?" Dawn asked, curiously.

"Noooo," Molly said and suddenly found some dust on her knee that she just had to get off. "Karal does though," she added casually.

Dawn ducked her head to try and see Molly's face. "Who's Karal?"

"Oh, one of the new boys," Molly said, still not quite meeting Dawn's eyes.

Dawn, in a rare moment for her, decided not to push. She remembered what had happened with Cam and Weiss. "Is he nice? What cabin is he in?"

Yes, this was her not pushing.

"He's very nice," Molly said nonchalantly. "Pretty too." Okay, she hadn't meant to say that part out loud. She coughed and continued. "I think he's in Chupacabra."

Dawn eyed Molly over the pretty comment, "And he has a horse?"

Molly nodded. "His horse is named Trenor." She couldn't help but smile now. "He gave me a ride yesterday."

"Just a little bit by myself," Molly said. "Not long at all. I wanted to go faster."
