Gym, Flag Football Practice, Sunday Noon

There were painstakingly measured cone paths running up and down the length of the gym.  Today the players were going to run.

Once everyone appeared to be assembled, John made an announcement, "Okay guys, today we're gonna run sprints.  Let's see how fast all of you can run 100 meters."  He motioned to a box of stopwatches next to the sign-in sheet.  "Grab a stopwatch and time yourself.  You can also get in groups or pairs if you'd like.  If you have questions, your captains are available as always."

"Me too." Willow smiled. She added the scrimmage to her notes for next week. "Hey, do you think it's possible for us to have a practice outside? I have an idea but it'd work better outdoors, I think."

"No official ones that I know of," Willow said. "But we could try the grounds or the park."

"I don't know, but I'd be happy to look into it," Willow said.

"Consider it done!" Willow said. "I'm happy to lend a hand, especially in the realms of form-filling."
