Lawn in front of the dorms, Thursday after first period

Eight inches? Jude didn't know imperial very well, but that just sounded insane.

So there was only one thing to do, one logical course of action to follow. The resurrection of a proud Fandom High tradition (hey, he'd done it once before, hadn't he?).

So now, Jude was standing in front of the dorms in his Awesome suit, jacket and skateboard nearby, holding aloft a sign that said simply, 'FREE HUGS'. A stack of similar signs was at his feet.

[[I have to go have blood tests done soon, but post is open for hugs and for people to grab a sign and join in.]]

Tori hugged him back, grinning. "I think I may just have to pick up a sign myself now," she laughed.

"Do it," Jude chuckled. "I made tons. More people hugging the better."

"I totally will," Tori decided, smirking. "I wish Blair was here to participate in this," she admitted, remembering the other instance with the free hugs.

"Yeah." Jude looked bummed for a second. "I wish I had the dude's email, I'd let him know we're doing it again . . . he'd totally be taking down Umbridge any way he could."

"Yeah, he would. And I'm sure he'd be proud of you for doing this again," Tori grinned brightly.

"Thanks, bra."

"You're welcome, Jude."

"We should totally take pictures or something," he mused.

"Ooh, good idea," Tori agreed wholeheartedly.

"Unless Umbridge could use it, like, as evidence," he mused. "Not that any of us would try and be innocent or anything."

"Oh man, yeah," Tori hadn't thought of that. "That's true, too. I say take the pictures anyway. Screw Umbridge."

Yes, she did just say that.

Jude immediately beamed. "Damn the Man!"

"You know it!"

"You think you could rustle up a camera? I kinda don't want to leave."

"Yeah, I could definitely do that, sure," Tori nodded, grinning. "I'll be right back."

Ninja speed came in handy here. Which is why Tori disappeared in a blur and came back in one, too. She had a camera in hand and was smiling brightly. "How's this?" It was digital.

"Awesome!" Jude beamed. "I appoint you official Free Hugs photographer, bra. Document our struggle for future generations!"

"Sweet, thanks!" Tori grinned brightly. "I'll do my best to showcase our damning the man."

"I'm depending on you, bra," he grinned back, saluting.

"I won't let you down!" Tori smiled and saluted him back, moving off to ~~handwavily~~ take lots of pictures of the hug fest.
