Fourth Floor Common Room [evening]

Aravis was bored, but didn't want to be in her room when curfew hit if she could help it. So that was why a girl and her dog were sitting on the couch, watching the only thing that had caught her attention:

Telemundo.

She had no idea why the women who spoke in another language kept screaming, or why the men wouldn't stop crying.

"If there was anyone who would have to walk through a door sideways because he wouldn't fit otherwise, that would be him," decided Anne. "I don't think the puffiest puffed sleeves in the world would be puffy enough for arms like that . . . although the idea of someone like him in a dress with puffed sleeves terrifies me just a bit."

"And now I'm imagining him with my largest headdress, which would have the same effect," Aravis laughed, tilting her head. "I'll never sleep again at this rate."

"If he had both," Anne added with a delighted laugh of her own, "I don't know which he'd do first, fall over or get stuck in a doorway! And then that woman might really start screaming."
