Second Floor Common Room - Tuesday Night

Meg was bored. Bored, bored, bored. She was far too used to having class five days a week. She had on her pj's (a green tank top and Neptune High cheerleader shorts) and was lounging on the couch. One leg was laid out in front of her and the other was hanging off the side of the couch. Not the most lady-like of poses, but she was feeling lazy. She was flipping through the channels, hoping there was something decent on.

"Oooh! Blue Planet!"

Bridge wanders in to the common room in search of television to watch and people to talk to.

"Hey! Little sibling type person. Hi!" Bridge says as he bounces on to a couch.

"Hey Bridge!" Meg said, giving him a wave. "We're watching a documentary on coral reefs. You interested?"

"I love coral reefs," Bridge says seriously. Well, okay. Bridge loves *everything*. "Of course I'm interested!"

"Good, I'm glad someone agrees with me." she said. "Johnny was insinuating that I was a dork for liking them."

"Well, Johnny's totally wrong," Bridge says with a snort. "I mean... an ecosystem with thousands of different kinds of fish all living together? How is that *not* awesome?"

"Exactly! I'd much rather learn about the life span of a clown fish than watch the Real World." she said. Johnny was nuts.

"Real World?" Bridge tilts his head quizzically.

"It's pretty much the worst show ever. Just...drunk people and catfights." she said. "I can see why Johnny likes it but it's not for me."

"...Ew." Bridge makes a face. "Yeah, gonna have to put my vote in with the fish."

"Bridge! Hi!" Isabel waved. "There's fish!"

"Oooh," Bridge says, tilting his head as he watches some of said fish swim by on screen. "Coooool."

"That's what I said. It makes me want to go scuba diving," she told him. "Although I think there's a decided lack of coral off Virginia."

"Yeah, we're not so much with the tropical," Bridge says. "But there's always break," he points out.

"Road trip to Florida maybe?" Isabel grinned. "We could hit Disney on our way to the Keys."

"I'm so in," Bridge says with a grin.

"That could be fun. We road tripped to New York earlier in the summer," she told him. "It was fun."

"Of course, road tripping might be difficult since my ID isn't, you know, exactly legal. Since I'm technically not even three years old yet."

"I can fix that. Or Dean," Isabel grinned. "We've both got useful skills."

"Well, what I mean is. I *have* one. It's just fake."

"I don't plan on doing anything that would get us stopped for speeding or get our IDs checked," she promised. "You'd be perfectly safe."

"Okay," Bridge grins. "Not that I thought you would, but. I don't know. I worry."

"Understandable."

"So break plans aside, how's life?" Isabel asked.
