4th floor common room, Saturday afternoon-evening-night (1/5/08)

After labeling and putting away all of his groceries (not that he didn't trust Michaelangelo; it was the police cadet in him), Sky had decided to seat himself in the common area rather than shut himself up in his room. His only company at the moment was a bowl of freshly-popped popcorn, the precious Grape Judas Squishy he had purchased earlier from Turtle & Canary, and the Fandom High manual, which he was in the process of memorizing back-to-front. He thought about bringing out his CD player or turning the TV on, but decided he liked peace and quiet better.

And anyway, he had a feeling "peace and quiet" didn't last too long around Fandom.

That was his intended effect, as far as he had one.

"Certainly there are enough interesting and kindly people here," Romeo said.

"Though the warnings that they give out are a bit bizarre." He said with a shake of his head, "I have been told that the people will randomly turn into animals."

"Some witchery that is," Romeo said, then lowered his voice. "I talked to a girl who made cookies fly, thus I shall believe anything for now. Perhaps we were drugged?"

Makoto duly considered that idea, but thought it was unlikely. "It would've been too difficult to manage that, as we all arrived at different times," he offered, "and if we were, then why are the students who've been here a while so delighted to tell us exactly what's in store?"

"I fear, or believe, you are right," Romeo sighed. "In some ways drugs would be preferable, but with it real, at least it shall be an adventure."

"On the bright side," Makoto said, "It doesn't seem that people get hurt that often from all of the weirdness. If they did I doubt they'd be so cheerful about it."
