The Dorm Stairwell, Monday Afternoon

Reno was antsy today. And antsy was not always the wisest state of being for Reno to remain in. He could try to drink it off, but drinking while he was feeling like this usually led to brawling, and he was trying to avoid being kicked off the island, here.

So he went with his other option- burn it off.

This was why Reno was running laps up and down the stairs of the dorms.

"Name's Reno. I have no idea what Vegas is, so if you're gonna join the ranks makin' a crack about it? Don't bother. I'm from Midgar." He paused a moment. "Don't imagine you know where that is, either, yo."

"I don't know what Vegas is either. Or Midgar, but around here people don't really seem to care where you're from."

"Yeah, noticed that. It's a whole lotta askin' about it, and then never mentioning it again. Which suits me just fine." He'd managed to get over the fact that he was talking to a big furry blue monster pretty easily. He'd seen stranger. Kind of. "So, what do Monstropolis-ites do to pass the time?"

Small talk.

He grinned. "Cool. Wanna run some more?"

"Damn straight." Reno grinned right back for all of a moment before he took off up the stairs yet again.
