The Roof, Monday night
After talking to Hoshi, Annette was feeling pretty low. Snubbing Jack like she has; her date with Billy that didn't go so very well because of the movie choice and her lack of enthusiasm, plus Dick hasn't talked to her at all. Not even tried. Even a teeny tiny bit. And then A.J. and her big fat mouth... well, it was time for a visit to the roof for much pondering. So she was there, just standing, not at all herself as she gazed out across the school grounds and beyond.
[It's open cause it's public territory, yo!]

Emo requires altitude, after all.He was green.
He was green and, to Andrew, that was all right. Michael had tried to help. Teddy had... offered to be green too. But that wasn't what was bothering him now. In the room, he hadn't been able to stop looking at himself, at his hands and his nose and a dozen other things. How he moved, green and black.
Was it wishful thinking again?
Or...
"Oh."
He hadn't been expecting anyone up here.

"I have vodka," she offered for lack anything better to say.

"Thank you, but no. I'm even less tolerable when I've had some of that."

"Why are you green?"

He stopped on his way off the roof.
"Hi, Romeo," he said with a small wave.

and not at all for posty purposes, really. It'd probably been up there for a while, too. He was kind of hoping that maybe it had picked itself up a nice artistic type of rust to it...With the weird sort of weather that had been going on today, he sort of thought that it wouldn't be surprising to see some people up there. One of the people he didn't expect, however...
"Oh."
That seemed to be a popular response.

"Oh."
She had no idea how to label the emotion she was feeling in this exact moment at seeing him.

But the reason for his scouting kinda stopped him from being emo, so he flashed a smile and wave to the group as he started pacing out the roof. If he put a table there, and a rug for a dance floor here...

"Good e'en, Annette," he muttered, softly enough that she could ignore it if she wished, and went back to his planning.
