Flag Football Practice: Gym, Sunday Noon

It was Sunday. And Sunday meant flag football practice. John had been sort of busy on Saturday, forgetting that it was Daylight Savings and thus, was later than usual setting up the gym.

When the group arrived, they would find handouts and yoga mats laid out on the floor.

Stretching was very important!

John gave Chad a thumbs up. He'd totally been thinking of his fake brother when he'd come up with this stretching thing.

As if Chad would ever leave a brother hanging on a thumbs up. Especially since the yoga moves he was starting into were the simpler ones, starting out slow, so a thumbs up wouldn't exactly distract him much.

Watching him, you might not be able to tell that the one was supposed to be related to the other.
