4th Floor Common Room [Sunday, Morning]
Mac had never been so glad to have access to caffeine. Sunday mornings were supposed to be for lie-ins.
Kids, as it turned out, woke up antisocially early and usually only to demand food. Well, that was what the shape of the last twenty-four hours told her, anyway.
That, and that she should invest in electronic tagging. Mainly for Miles. Maybe Veronica could set her up with child lo-jack...
Anyway, once she'd finally figured out that if you gave them lots of cereal and sit them in front of cartoons they didn't break things quite so much, she did just that, and settled down with her coffee to make the most of the break. However short-lived that might be.

"If you can't, and Miles hasn't destroyed everything technology based in my room, there might at some point be video games."

Mac shook her head, helping Amy decided clamber up onto her lap. If only she had his optimism about Miles computer-fixing skills.
