5th Floor Common Room, Tuesday evening

With Liir's help, the common room was transformed into a vivid party room. Purple streamers were hung, balloons in every color were tied around, some left loose to pop or kick like some people liked to do (not her, geeze), and HAPPY BIRTHDAY INO! was everywhere.

Music was going and Amber was adding finishing touches to the gift table; little shiny curly things in purple everywhere. Hopefully Ino liked purple. While she was doing that, Liir was busy in the kitchen, getting the food in order and her mouth was watering just smelling some of what he had cooked.

Yay, party!

Tony shrugged, blushing slightly. "I like eating," he said. "It's something I prefer to do on a regular basis."

He leaned back and breathed out.

"Sorry I didn't say hello earlier, by the way."

"Nine-tenths of the people you know don't like to eat?" Tony asked.

"They forget or they put it off or it's for later. Nine tenths was probably too many. Perhaps half."

He shrugged.

"...to be fair, I'm occasionally in that half, but only when busy."

"My stomach reminds me." Tony grinned. "You ignore me intentionally this afternoon or just distracted by Amber?

He rolled his eyes.

"I would never ignore you intentionally. I only came to drop off food for my father and to talk to Amber about the party."

He raised an eyebrow at Tony.

"Should I stop by to see you from now on?"

"Just teasing," Tony smiled. "Is Geoffrey your dad?"

"No. My father is Fiyero, the man with the blue diamonds on his skin. He lives there with Geoffrey."

"Oh, yeah, he's in the show," Tony said. "I didn't think he was old enough to have a teenage son."

"I'm from quite some time in his future. I've just been conceived, if I have the timing right," he said with a brief grin.

He always got a big goofy when he thought about Fiyero being there.

He shook his head.

"I've always wanted to meet him. He disappeared before I was even born."

He'd like to think it's to here, but he's pretty sure it was originally to Southstairs.

"My mother and I certainly never got along," he admitted.

"I wasn't even sure she was my mother until certain events here made it clear."
