Cheerleading Try-Outs -- After Classes, Tuesday, The Gym

Savannah got to the gym after classes to set things up for try-outs. She had mats and tables pulled out, with refreshments available for both the current cheerleaders and those trying out.

There was a table arranged with clipboards for the squad members to write notes as they watched the hopefuls try-out. There was also a portable stereo for those routines that were choreographed to music.

It was time for try-outs for the Fandom High Gremlins!

"I just don't want you to witness me embarrassing myself, that's all," Sam said. "I mean, I know you've seen me do that before, but it's kind of different now."

"Want a kiss for good luck?" Peter asked. "Then I could go if you really want."

"You don't have to go if there's other people you want to see," Sam said. "I won't say no to a kiss though."

"They don't get kisses," Peter told Sam. He leaned over to give Sam a kiss.

Peter grinned and kissed Sam even more, just to show they were on the same page there.

Sam kissed Peter back until he needed to catch his breath, and stepped back. "Okay, I feel full of luck now."

"Knock 'em dead," Peter told him. "I won't look."

"Thank you," Sam said gratefully, leaning in for one more peck before going back over to stretch.

Peter had only fibbed a little in that he was totally watching Sam stretch.

He'd look the other way during the audition though.
