Third Floor Common Room - Monday Morning - 10/13

Liir could not stay in his room this morning.

Liir... had to do something normal, something mundane, something hot and greasy and familiar, and that was why he was in the common room kitchen doing a massive fry up for anyone who thought it worth the effort to creep out of their room.

Anyone who started conversations with anything other than 'this weekend' also got a brownie.

[open and free food for all!][...and considering this weekend, his icon (and where it comes from) is FAR TOO AMUSING FOR WORDS right now]

"Huh," Claire said, stretching her neck to get a better look at him. Penelope was right; he was cute.

"She's my roommate. You took her to Homecoming, right? What happened that you owe her an apology?"

"She's weirdly forgiving," Claire said, hoping it would help. "I grabbed her scarf off her face at Caritas to make some point and I just got her a new one and we were fine. But yeah, she doesn't wanna hear about the nose thing."

She shook her head. "I stole your toast. We're cool."

She shook her head but snagged some sausage anyhow. "You like to cook, huh?"

Claire Fisher, mistress of the obvious.

Claire wasn't sure she had any true skills, unless this was some bizarro world where stealing body parts was an Olympic sport.

"I kind of always feel like eating," she offered instead. "So ... I guess I'll learn to find you?"

"332. How'd you swing a single?" she wondered. "I'm a senior and I still share with Penelope. Not that I mind her, just ..." She shrugged a little.
