After Classes, The Gym -- Cheerleading Practice

Ella was nervous as she arrived at the gym and started rolling out the mats and setting things out for practice. It was her first time setting up, and she wanted everything to be just so, especially with plans for an exhibition that weekend.

She added a plate of orange slices to the snack table, then started stretching out as she waited for the rest of the squad.

Angela was actually starting to get into this cheerleading thing. Second week and it doesn't feel all that weird to be doing it.

She's around, and making sure all her muscles are loosened up by sitting on the floor and stretching out her hamstrings reaching for her toes.

Hannibal decided that not stretching had worked for him last time so he didn't stretch again in favor of some light jogging to, at least, get his heart rate going.

Okay, he lied and did end up stretching his arms, at least. They seemed to be worked the most during the practices.

Sam felt bad about missing the sleepover, so he was making up for it by stretching out so he could put his best effort into practice today.

Okay, it wasn't a routine, but Angela was at least trying her hand at back walkovers towards the edge of the mats.

Which was all very well, until she got the the mid way point, and was having trouble kicking over. After about three attempts she was getting a little frustrated.
