Cheerleading Exhibition; The Gym; Saturday Afternoon [ 10/25 ]

It was time for the cheerleaders to go about and do their thing in showing all the family and friends of the student body their school spirit! The gym, of course, was decorated in blue and gold, with a giant, sparkly "GO GREMLINS" banner, and there was up-tempo, bass-thumping music spilling out of the speakers as the cheerleaders got read and the audience filed in.

[[ OCD's a'coming got spirit, gold and blue! OCD's got spirit, how 'bout you? ]]

"That's probably a good idea," Orihime agreed with a small smile, since her head was already hurting. "Still, it's good to see you again. Is it nice going to school with Chad again? Although you probably never not went to school with Chad, did you?"

"No, he's always been there," he paused. "You all are," he then added. "I guess it's a bit strange as I hadn't expected anyone else to be here."

"Neither did I," Orihime said, hands settling in her lap, and she looked down at them with a blush. "You're still at home, watching for Hollows. You mentioned an email with Chad about this Parents Weekend thing, and I thought, well, Chad doesn't have any parents, and neither did I, so I thought it would be nice for him if I came, just so he could have someone, you know?"

"But," she added resolutely, "I didn't know you were here. That's really good for him, that you are, and, even if I did know, though, I'd have still come."

"Yeah," Ichigo agreed with a nod and he finally took a seat beside Orihime. "I think so. He's probably glad you're here too and I'm just glad the other me didn't decide to come. That'd be too weird."

"Two Ichigos in one place!" Orihime remarked, with a light, quiet chuckle. "That could get confusing."

"I bet I'd be annoying," he grumbled, which may have been a joke.

"Well, there is Kon!" Orihime offered, brightening a bit as it came to her. "But I'm not sure if he can really count!"

"I'm nothing like Kon!" Ichigo objected, making a face.

"I know! That's my point!" Orihime giggled a little more, shaking her head. "But I do like both of you, so I don't think it'd be annoying. I'm sure Tatsuki-chan would argue, though!"

He decided that was because Tatsuki was more sane. "I think I'd just annoy myself," he admitted. "I kind of like being the only me."
