Fifth Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening

The fifth-floor common room had been transformed into a riot of color and sound by the two intrepid decorators. When you had Rikku and Dōjima doing the artistic design, and they were basing it off of Romeo's collection of loud shirts, it was bound to be, ah, creative.

There were balloons and streamers everywhere, and the party even had some piñatas full of candy for people to swing at. Simply because everyone (Rikku) liked candy, and Dōjima was a fan of party games that made other people look like idiots.

[OOC: Up way-early for SP/timezone goodness, and open to all!]

[ETA: For those of us who have cranky browsers... Arrive & Mingle | Talk to Romeo | Snacks & Drinks (Pre-Spiking) | Snacks & Drinks (Post-Spiking) | Party Games | Dancing | Gifts | OOC!]

Ned dropped off a small gift (http://www.amazon.com/When-All-Hell-Breaks-Loose/dp/142360105X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1226418887&sr=8-2) he thought might be helpful and a card that let Romeo know Ned would bake him the pie of his choice whenever he wanted it.

As typical, Turtle had for Romeo one birthday card and a $50 gift certificate for Turtle & Canary.

Jen left a small pink-wrapped package containing several pocket-sized ruled Moleskine notebooks and a gift certificate good for four people to Pizza Planet.

That pack of Nicorette gum on the table, coincidentally close to her present? Soooo not there because of her, really.

Rikku had cracked up when she saw the shirt, and totally, totally had to get it for Romeo. There was also a painting she'd found, with a note attached: A sunny beach, for whenever Fandom put us through winter.
