"I figured we could use some activity after eating all that turkey over the weekend," said Hoshi, passing out a handout on taekwondo stances. "Today, we'll be working more with taekwondo, a form of martial arts that is derived from Korea, as opposed to the Japanese karate. We'll start with the stances on the handout, and if you're feeling more adventurous, try a couple of the kicks."

*sigh* Found some karate videos on YouTube, but Firefox kept crashing every time I tried to view them, and researching the problem just led to more stuff. At least I can always rely on Wikipedia.

Also, AutoCorrect keeps suggesting "Wonderbra" as the correct spelling of "Taekwondo."
