The Stables [midmorning-onwards]
Aravis had a horse. She knew there were several others who had horses, too -- she'd said good morning to those horses when she'd carefully gotten Trenor out -- but she felt hers was the best. Clearly.
So, Aravis, her pockets full of apples, was carefully walking Trenor around the yard, and had located a mounting block (plus there was a little bit of fencing she could climb up, if she needed) for later.
[ARAVIS WILL GIVE HORSIE RIDES. So, um, open. I go into heeeeeavy SP at 4 EST though.]

Tatooine was all desert and it was a very dreary and lonely place, so Tahiri had had a very active imagination as a child.

She pouted a little. "Master Skywalker says we have to start with leaves first."

She looked around and pointed at a convenient leaf lying on the ground, then shut her brilliant green eyes in concentration. The leaf wavered, wobbled, and slowly, slowly started to lift off the ground.

did you forget yet? You probably did.no subject
as did her mun, and stomped her foot back. "So! What is it then?" And easily distracted, she said, "You don't gots your shoes on."no subject
and now it was time for the obligatory backstory. "I don't ever wear them, not ever, unless I'm somewhere with lots of sharp prickly things on the ground, and even then I hate it. I grew up on Tatooine with the Sand People, and it was hot and there was sand everywhere and I couldn't ever go barefoot because I had to be wrapped up from head to toe all the time. And then Tionne and Master Luke came to find me and told me I was strong in the Force and I could be a Jedi someday, and I told them I'd go with them on the condition that I never had to wear those awful robes and shoes ever again. The temple is made of stone, and it's so nice and cool against my feet. This isn't Yavin Four, but it's lots nicer than the desert too."And finally, miraculously, she ran out of breath and had to stop.
