Just Outside The Main Gate, Saturday Morning

Much like the previous day, Saturday found Arthur venturing back down to the barricade. It was early, the sunlight was yet shallow and leaning towards overcast, and only the first warbles of birds became evident as he slogged at the thing.

At least it had remained intact overnight. He was in full armor yet again, with shamelessly modded Merlin at his side. He'd stayed quiet opposite the boy most of the time, barring talk of strategy. The magic was something that'd have to be discussed again if they managed to survive this whole mess.

He climbed up so he could take a quick survey of the town. Watching the still forms lumber about, he felt a chill settling in his bones. There was only one word he could use to describe it.

"Bugger," he muttered, succinctly, and ran a hand through his hair. Sometimes, he had a knack for brevity.

In fact, he was a unicorn, just with large colorful wings and a really disdainful attitude toward most students.

"Excellent. It's always pleasant not to have to prove myself in these situations," She-Ra added.

"Just my sword," she replied, drawing it. "But if you were paying attention in class, you might disagree with me on that fact." She-Ra smiled, letting the light shine brightly off the stone in her large sword.

"Oh, I have been," She-Ra informed him. "The zombies have been very easy to deal with in small doses. I fear for the moment they band together."

She knew they would, somehow, succeed in the final moment, but that never stopped her from fearing for what could be lost. "So the real matter at hand becomes getting enough warriors here. Are you up to gathering and organizing the students?"

And then she wondered where all the professors had gotten to.

He seemed irritated, but that was understandable in the circumstances. "Yes, Arthur, you've done good work. Everyone has," she said, tone soothing.

"I would never take credit for finding people who came of their own desire to help," she replied. "But yes, there are others not here at the moment who can be counted on."
