5th Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening
There was some insanity going on in Fandom this week, and after John and Gavin had been assaulted by their visitor, they'd parted. And gotten a change of wardrobe.
After leaving her in...Gavin's dorm room, Johnny realized had to find Baby, he'd made a mistake leaving Kellerman's like that. He stormed into the...common room to find her sitting in the corner, watching the show.
In reality, there was no show. It was just Gavin in a really frilly dress staring at the television and looking disheartened.
Clad in tight black pants and popped-collar shirt, Johnny stormed over to where Baby sat, announcing to the world that, "Nobody puts Baby in the corner!" Then he offered her his hand.
Tomorrow would be painful.

sith_happened's fault. Minimal OCD coming for the dance ready!]

Re: THE AUDIENCE
And wow, did she ever need that after the conversation earlier.
She was never going to be able to look Colonel Darklighter in the eye again. At least not without wanting desperately to laugh.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
"Enjoy the show?" Said demurely, of course.

Re: THE AUDIENCE
And, to demonstrate, she sort of gyrated over the back of a chair.
Oh god, the horror.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
That was a mental image that was never going to leave her.
. . . but wow, it was funny, in a terrifying kind of way.
"Wow," she said, and clapped a hand over her mouth. "That's . . . impressive."
Re: THE AUDIENCE
Yes, Baby was gesturing to the chair. And to Tahiri. Come on, a little experimentation never hurt anyone?
Re: THE AUDIENCE
Re: THE AUDIENCE
It probably looked like Gavin was a marionette being controlled by some half ass puppet master.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
"Can't I just watch and learn how you guys do it first?" she asked.
Oh, the horror. Someone had better be recording this.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
Yes, that came out of Gavin's mouth.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
Re: THE AUDIENCE
"Come on, just try it!" Even if the girl looked like she could do with a teacher like Johnny...she wasn't getting Johnny because Johnny was hers. "It'll make you feel alive!"
Re: THE AUDIENCE
"No, really," she sputtered. "I feel plenty alive already."
Re: THE AUDIENCE
Gavin was so sorry, Tahiri. So sorry.
"You don't feel alive until you've done that."
Really sorry.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
You know, when her boyfriend could handle touching her again and even then if she followed that train of thought much further it was going to lead to all manner of flailing.
"Just not today?"
Re: THE AUDIENCE
That made no freaking sense. Baby was already too busy dancing towards Johnny to notice.
Re: THE AUDIENCE
Oh, she was definitely going to remember something.
