Second Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

For the Darkest Night finale episode, Tony handwavily picked up a couple of pizzas and several pints of ice cream. He filled up a plate for himself with a little of each. Mmm, pepperoni and chocolate. Wasn't too bad, actually.

Tonight's season finale episode featured a number of flashbacks from Raymond Dark's life. From the previews, it looked like most of them involved waterfalls, children in white clothing and butterflies. Very existential. Tony hoped they could fit some shirtless Lee in there somewhere. Maybe under the waterfall.

"Fake cheese," he replied. "Potentially real, but I doubt they could make it shake like it does without tons of things that should classify it as fake."

"So about five percent cheese and ninety-five percent weird stuff," Tahiri guessed. "Do you just eat it by the handful or something?"

"Oh, lord no!" Griff laughed a little. "We put it on the popcorn. Adds flavor and a little something to wipe on your pants leg later."

Tahiri looked down at the green flightsuit she had on today. "That'll clash nicely, won't it? Next time there's a TV night I should plan for fake cheese."

"Or just to watch the real cheese on the screen," he grinned.

"Or that." Tahiri leaned forward. "Is it just me, or can you see the zipper on that guy's costume?"

"You know...I think you're right. It'd be more realistic if they slipped some fur over that line." But did they need realism?

Tahiri considered that. "But not nearly as much fun to laugh at."
