Angela wasn't really the sort of girl to mope. Even after a rough couple of days like this. Just not in her.

She knew she'd overreacted, that it was up to her to sort out, and that she should just get over herself and do it... But she wasn't going to go out of her way to do it right this minute. Soon. She'd stop putting it off and do it soon.

Until then, she was the sort to distract herself from all the things she didn't really want to keep thinking about, by getting out of her room and flopping on the common room couch to flick through channels in the hope there was something half decent on.

The answer, as it turned out, was 'not really'.

"Oh tough choice," Ellie said. "Is there a channel with men in shorts with a cake?"

"If you can find it, I will watch it," she said, laughing a bit.

"Hot guys in shorts with food," Ellie added. "I am not seeing anything wrong with that. There should be a channel just for it."

"Maybe there is, and we're just in the wrong universe?" she suggested. "It wouldn't shock me anymore."

Ellie snickered. "Me either. There are already so many channels and tv shows that don't exist yet where I'm from."

"Right there with you, sweetie," Angela said, smiling. "It's still ninety five back home for me."

"Ninety six for me," Ellie said. "So we're pretty much from the same time period."

"We should have a club or something," Angela decided. "There's a few of us now."

"A 90s club," Ellie said. "I like it."
