Third Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

For the second night in a row, Bobby had set up a common room with his Go-Between Guy DVDs. This time, however, he'd also ordered a bunch of Chinese food- enough to share if anyone came by. He might not be able to cook, but at least he could feed people this way. It was only fair considering the number of times he'd had others' cooking.

"Only four?" Jean said, mostly to herself. "And they can call if there's anything big, right?"

"Exactly," Bobby said. "Wait, what do you mean only four?" he... sort of knew things were different, with Warren and Hank being adults, and a couple of names he didn't recognise, but he hadn't really thought about it all that much.

"There's more than that on the team. And the newer students are being trained too."

"Weird," Bobby shook his head. "It was just me and the guys until you came, in my world."

"It was just me and Scott for a while before everyone else."

"Scott being one of the first must be a constant across universes or something," Bobby said with a slight smile. "He busted me out of jail. Wasn't too long after that that the Professor tracked down War and then Hank."

"Jail?" Oh my god, people. Kids show!

"Yeah?" Bobby looked sheepish. "I kinda, um," he swished a hand out in a gesture that totally meant 'encased in a big ol block of ice', "to a guy."
