Sixth Floor Kitchen - Thursday Afternoon

The events of last week had triggered Claire's domestic instincts so after a trip to town for supplies, she set up shop in the new kitchen, cooking up pounds of pasta and three different kinds of sauce - a regular tomato, a four cheese and a pesto.

She also had salad and hot, crusty Italian bread.

"Steal art," Maron said, wriggling her fingers at him. "It's a lot of fun."

"They're really teaching you how to steal? Duuuuude," Hurley said.

"Just for class," she said, studying her fingernails. "I mean, I wouldn't in real life, but for a game, it's a lot of fun."

Maron was lying. She was pretty good at that.

"Huh," Hurley said. "I dunno how good I'd be at that."

"Well," she said, considering that. "I think we're graded more on effort?"

"So, trying to steal is the important part?" Hurley laughed.

She stuck her tongue out at him and giggled. "For class!" Maron insisted. "Just for class!"
