It wasn't that she was particularly eager to socialize, no.

It was more of the fact that Yei had been wanting to go out (and for longer than just an hour, honestly) and so Hinata had looked around the room she and Hoshi shared, and gave in to the whims of her cat.

(Yes, that was a bit sad. Hinata was aware of that.)

Luckily for her, Yei was perfectly content to explore the common room while Hinata curled up on one of the couches to read.

"I think you're not giving yourself enough credit," Hurley said.

"I have not d-done anything to be considered brave here," she said finally, after considering several responses. "P-Perhaps I do not give myself credit but I am not sure how you came to your conclusions."

"Maybe it's just a feeling," Hurley said. "But I'm rarely wrong about people."

Hinata considered that for a moment.

"I wouldn't know," she said finally.

"Who knows," Hurley said. "Maybe, like, you've just not had the chance to show how brave you are."

Her lips twitched. "Can't that be t-true of everyone?"

"...okay, yeah," Hurley said. "But, like... I guess you're right."
