First Floor Lobby: Wednesday Morning

Ah. Genderswap day. Layla was up early this morning in the lobby setting up bin of underwear, jeans and t-shirts for the newly awakened guys to partake of.

Everything was organized according to style and then size for the convenience of anyone coming down stairs in a panic of some sort.

Layla then settled down in a sunny spot (please not that her skin was not sparkly, thank you very much) and started reading Ayn Rand for probably the one hundredth time.

"Mmm." Effy would rather not have to see how the other half lived, thanks. Maybe she'd gain some perspective later, but right now, she felt weird, and uncomfortable, and... no.

"Layla?" she guessed after a moment. Having talked about her doing this the last time for the boys, Effy figured it was a given it would be Layla doing it again.

"That would be me," Layla smirked. "Guess today would be a bad day for a girls night out, huh?"

"Wouldn't be very girly." Which was a good part of the point of that sort of thing. "And can't say I've organised the male version before."

"Well you know if boys are going to be boys," Layla pointed out, "We might as well take advantage of our altered gender state. Maybe we can hold our liqour better."

Effy smirked a little at that. "Maybe we can." It made sense. "We'd have to drink beer." If they were going for it, they had to take the whole stereotype.

"And watch sports," Layla agreed. "Though I doubt there will be girls we can hit on and get shot down with."

"Bummer." Smirk still there, just a little. She wasn't really that sad about that, amusing as it might have been. "Have to freak out some boys instead."

"That mean you're going to terrorize Griff today?" Layla chuckled. "That should be interesting."

"Might have to try." Because Griff was always fun to watch flail. One day he had to learn not to be so entertaining. "Do love to make him blush." What a friend Effy was to have!

"He's cute that way," Layla said gleefully. "Can I watch?"

Effy shrugged, finally dragging out a pair of jeans that looked reasonable. "Sure," she smirked, "I'll see what I can do."

Why not, right? Griff may not appreciate it, but he probably wouldn't find out... At least not until it made radio or something.
